What’s your background?

I started experiments in collage and paper, in my BFA I focused on fibres and got into video from which I've continued to test what I can do in the medium.

What influences you artistically?

discarded materials, indexes, books, paper, quilts, small objects

How do you start a new work?

I collect objects, jpegs, and ideas continuously, working on creating connections between registers and distance. Sometimes things assemble slowly, and sometimes it is a force that propels my research.

What are you working on right now?

a collection: cataloguing leaves, debt, magnets
