Maximilien Luc Proctor

Maximilien Luc Proctor (+MLP+) is a French-American filmmaker, critic and curator with a special interest in the avant-garde. He is a contributing editor for Photogénie, the founder and editor in chief of Ultra Dogme, and junior curator and social media manager for Fracto Experimental Film Encounter. Born in Oklahoma City and based in Berlin, he is a National Merit Scholar and Eagle Scout.
